Annisette Biscotti
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter -- room temperature
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups flour, all-purpose
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 teaspoons anise flavoring
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Instructions
- Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs. Beat in all other
- ingredients. Mix well.
- Preheat oven 375 degrees.
- Grease and flour cookie sheet.
- Form dough into log(s) and bake 35 minutes.
- Cool. Slice 1-inch thick pieces.
- Place back on cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes more on each side.
